Overview
Bloom Oxygen Cream Color 40 Vol 12% 5000ml. Oxidizing cream that protects hair fibers and scalp. Thick and creamy texture makes it easy to mix and apply. Directions for use: Mix well the dye cream with the oxidant cream (according to the mixing ratio required for coloring). Divide your hair into small sections. Apply the color first to the roots and then to the lengths of your hair. Leave it for 25 minutes, then wash well with water. Warning: Contains hydrogenated water. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse eyes with water immediately. Keep out of reach of children. Storage temperature should not exceed 30°C. For external use only.
